What we collect

• The email address you submit on the eligibility page, plus the two answers you gave (finance type and year).
• Your IP address at the moment of submission, used solely for short-window rate limiting to deter automated abuse.
• Standard server access logs kept by our hosting provider (Vercel), which retain request metadata for a short period.

We don’t set cookies or analytics trackers ourselves. We do display adverts via Google AdSense, which sets cookies to serve and measure ads in line with whatever you choose in the consent prompt the first time you visit. You can change that choice at any time from the consent banner.

Why we collect it

So we can email you when our partner claims management company is live, in case you’d prefer that over claiming directly. That’s the only purpose. We don’t sell or rent the list, and we don’t share it with third parties beyond the email service that delivers the notification (Resend).

Where it’s stored

Submissions are forwarded by email through Resend (resend.com), which acts as our email delivery processor. Our hosting provider (Vercel) handles the request itself. We don’t maintain a separate database of submissions beyond the inbox they arrive in.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of those, email us using the contact below and we’ll respond within 30 days.
